Valerie O has been the best! Whether it’s trimming my beard or getting a head shave, she always does a fantastic job. Thanks to her, I get lots of compliments on my beard and it always being on point. The staff at the shop are also extremely friendly and make sure we feel welcomed whenever we come in. Can’t ask for anything better. Five stars ⭐️ all the way!

I want to start by saying Eddy did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. He was kind, professional, listened to exactly what I asked for, and was very helpful with getting the appointment set up. I truly appreciated his service and would absolutely recommend him as a barber. Unfortunately, the overall environment in the shop was disappointing. While we were there, two staff members — one named Mariah and another man with braids/dreads — were having a loud conversation filled with constant cussing and inappropriate language right in front of my 11-year-old son. Mariah herself even joked about how her grandma says she cusses too much. The conversation went on and on for a large portion of the haircut, and the music being played was also very inappropriate for children. I should have recorded it because it was literally cussing every two sentences. I should have said something within 5-10min to not have my son go through that. I tried to ignore it at first to avoid causing problems, but eventually I politely asked them to tone down the language because there was a child present. Mariah apologized and they did stop, which I appreciated, but it honestly should never have happened in the first place in a business setting with children around. Toward the end, I was standing partially outside the shop talking to a friend because I had a long drive to California afterward and didn’t feel like sitting anymore. The man with braids called out to me and asked me to sit down because I was “making him nervous” by standing there. Considering I had been standing most of the appointment already, it honestly felt unnecessary and somewhat spiteful after I had spoken up earlier about the language. I didn’t have a seat and remained standing in the same spot where I couldn’t even see him so I know he couldn’t see me. Not sure why that comment was necessary with me being a female and not giving signs or being violent or anything to be anxious about. Again, Eddy’s haircut service was excellent, but the professionalism and atmosphere from other staff members really need improvement, especially when children are present.

I was a walk in, decided to give them a try. Had a young kid as my barber, he knew how to handle himself but I think there was a miscommunication between us. I wanted a 0 buzz cut all the way around which he did no issue. I then wanted a straight blade shave on the sides of my face preserving my goatee, trim the mustache a bit and define the line for the goatee. You can only fo so much at home right?? I ended up with basically a fade into the goatee. It looks good just wasn't exactly what I wanted. I didnt want to waste the kids time as there were other people waiting so I accepted it, like I said it looked good. So a simple buzz cut and half shave costed me $100. I feel that price tag is very high for a steam towel, shave and cut. Back home I spend $60 on the same thing. Was told the package came with a shot, never saw that. The shop was clean. It looks nice. They have compressed air to help clean up. As a walk in, I did not have to wait long which is always nice. One huge thing that bothered me was there was no wash on the deluxe service. I had to go straight home to shower before continuing my chores. I've never had this kind of service without a wash.

Lenny is my new go to barber he came through with a great hair cut and beard trim and had his assistant do a shampoo. I came home and received multiple compliments from my woman. This guy went beyond and above my expectations. I also must note the previous barber that cut my hair Myriah did a great job as well. Blessings to this shop

Hadn't gotten a cut in EP until last week, booked here based on the reviews. I originally booked online with Mariah, but I guess she doesn't work there anymore. That made me a bit nervous, as I'm pretty particular about haircuts, so Lenny told me I could come back a couple hours later for a cut. I'm really glad I went back, cause he did a great job at a fair price, very happy with it. He was nice, clearly takes his job seriously, did exactly what I asked for, and showed me a product that could work well with my hair. I'll definitely come back to Lenny again next time I need a cut here
