Edit: My bangs originally started to come down at the end of my eyebrow. She brought the left side all the way back to my cheekbone 😞 They’re also completely uneven and cut so choppy. The right side isn’t as bad - it looks more like how I originally had them (a smooth curtain that starts to go down at the end of my eyebrow). I also put a few pictures for reference: 1st is how they originally need to look 2nd is the most recent picture of me showing they needed a simple trim. The new girl on the left (behind the wall) completely wrecked my bangs… She also scratched my face with the scissors and had to stop at one point because she cut her own finger and was bleeding. I’ve gotten bad bangs cuts before but this was horrendous.

Absolutely wonderful staff! My youngest is very sensitive and timid about hair cuts but his stylist was so patient, kind and understanding, making sure to explain every step of the way and showing him what she was doing. My oldest’s stylist did a wonderful job and managed to listen to him nerd out on his favorite subjects without tuning him out and actually engaged the conversation with him all without losing focus on his hair. Both these ladies were so kind and I just can’t thank them enough!

I've gotten my hair cut here a couple of times now and every single time has always been great! Every stylist has always been so kind and I always leave feeling fresh and looking good! Will absolutely be back again :]

I only started going to Urban Cuts a couple months ago, but it's a place that instantly had me feeling like I've been going there for years. My first visit was as a walk-in, but I've since been using their appointment system. It's super easy to schedule an appointment online, and receiving text notifications makes it easy to view details or make changes if needed. The stylists here are very friendly and do excellent work. Pamela is a freaking wizard with hair clippers, and she nails my cut every time. Urban Cuts is truly a gem of El Paso.

Julie is an amazing stylist, she is very well at her craft. I never been able to be satisfied with a hair cut before but she nailed what I wanted.

This place is hot or miss. Have gotten 2 horrible haircuts in 2 different instances by 2 different hairdressers. Most recently this week where the hairdresser kept asking another hairdresser how to cut the hair. Needless to say, the haircut was not what I asked for and my child has a bad haircut for school.

Great service all around! My kids have gotten haircuts here, and the stylist has done a great job everytime. It’s quick with minimal wait times. Super friendly and personable staff. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

I took my 2 year old son here to get his haircut after a year of only doing scissor cuts on him myself. Lauren was kind and patient and did a wonderful job. He did cry and move a lot as he is not used to the machine noise but she did not let that hinder her from getting it done, we are so grateful to her.
