NEVER COME HERE. Terrible terrible terrible experience, I took my sister here to get a haircut for her graduation and she asked for highlights and she got calico critter hair. We asked for a refund or to fix the mess on her head and Irma the stylist got really offended, and she said that I allowed her to do whatever I wanted because I couldn't make my mind up. Now, why would I do that with a stylus that I don't know? This doesn't make sense, but she gave me half of my money back and threw a tantrum and refused to take responsibility. She was super hostile and I did not felt taken care of.

The lady that worked therethis past Monday is rude. Even when asked to please not to pull my hair, she did it even worse. Very unprofessional.

Alma's salon is the best, I never get questioned on why I want my hair cut so short, or never do they try to persuade me to get a different cut. They are very friendly and easy to talk to.

I was a little disappointed with visit due to being bumped three times. I think the owner has her favorites and I'm not one of them. Update: after more than a year since the last time I used them, I returned to give them a second shot. Unfortunately, these ladies have no respect for their operating hours. I've been waiting outside for more than. Half an hour and they still haven't shown up. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. My time and fuel is valuable. Not going to waste either on this business again. Last Update: I want to thank the staff of Almas for failing me last time. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have tried out the salon down the street from my house. The price was competitive and the haircut was the best I've had in a while!
