Susy did an amazing haircut and style! The shampoo was relaxing and she paid attention to every detail with my square bob haircut. She even cut my bangs perfectly. She was very friendly, as was everyone in the salon. It was clean and very professional. She took her time to style it just like my inspiration picture.

First, the stylist was late to the appointment, no acknowledgment, no apologies and acted like the service was going to be free. I should have left right there but I didn’t. 2) The entire appointment I was turned away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what was being done to my hair. 3) Was kept in the rinse area for ever, while the employee handle other appointments, and only came once to check on me till I was rinsed off. 4) When I went back to the styling chair, hair all around the chair where it wasn’t swept and the employee made the comment “we’re going to continue cutting the hair” so he didn’t bother cleaning his area (so unprofessional). And finally didn’t bother asking me how I wanted my hair styled, no communication in his part at all. Like he was bothered doing my hair all of the appointment. Plus, I wasn’t satisfied with the color, waste of my money and time. Won’t be going there again.

SUSIE was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and the concerns I had. I showed her a picture, and she was spot on. I got highlights that took me from dark to a cool toned blonde. It was definitely a "trust the process" experience, but it was well worth it. Prices are very fair! I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this one.
