I traveled to El Paso for a friends birthday. What a gem of a place. We had pedicures here the second day. Our first day in town we went to a different place for their spa. Boy was I bummed when I went to BLUSH. Next time we will only go to blush. Lots of options and great customer service.

Wow! What an experience! I loved it all! I’m a massage therapist myself and I was particularly surprised with the session. The 90 min felt like 2.5 hrs to me. Ana has amazing hands and experience. The sauna before, the body scrub, tea in between and then ending with a massage was so perfect. I was in love this this place. Give Ana a raise for me.😘

I have visited Blush Spa two times while staying at the Stanton House hotel. I had a manicure both times and was very pleased with the service. The manicure was great (nails were polished to perfection) and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed a massage which was very good. The spa provides robes, comfortable shoes, lockers with keys, showers, and all the amenities you need to if you choose to shower at the spa after your treatment. The overall vibe of the spa is relaxing. The attendants are welcoming and attentive. After my massage I relaxed in the lounge area where I was offered a neck wrap and a cozy blanket. The salt wall is beautiful and adds to the ambiance. There are several snacks to enjoy and there is a selection of coffee, tea, and water. This spa provides a wonderful experience! I would rate it a 10/10 and will definitely visit again.

My husband booked me a 60-minute massage with Ana, and it was my first time visiting this spa and wow, from beginning to end it was absolutely amazing. I’ve had bad experiences at other places (including Woodhouse Spa), so I was a little nervous trying somewhere new. But this place exceeded every expectation. The boutique is clean, beautiful, and so thoughtfully set up. They literally have everything you might need like hair bands, hair products, feminine products, and more. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ comfort. The relaxation station was such a nice touch snacks, beverages, and super comfortable lounge chairs that made it easy to unwind before and after the massage. And the sauna being included?! Incredible. It made the whole experience feel elevated and luxurious. Ana was phenomenal. She treated me with so much respect and kindness, and she found every sore spot in my shoulders without me even having to explain much. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly taken care of. This has been the best massage experience I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the Vichy water body scrub and a couple of massages here. The therapists are excellent. Liz for facials, Erika and Mila for massages. The shop is great and the skin care is top notch. It’s small but really hits all the right points.

This cute spa is located in the beautiful Stanton House hotel. Their boutique includes some clothing, organic skin care items, jewelry, and other great gift items. I checked in for my appt, and I was shown immediately to the lockers to leave my things. The lockers do come with a key you carry with you in your robe pocket or around your wrist. They have a steam room you can relax in prior to your appointment, but they ask you to take a shower before you get in. They have a couple of showers and 2 bathrooms to change into your robe and slippers. The relaxing area includes 4 chairs in front of a tall lighted salt wall and a small area to serve yourself water and light snacks like trail mix, oreos, and cheez its. My masseuse called me in right on time and suggested I try cupping. It really loosened my back and calves up! I won't lie, the movement of the cups on my calves hurt, and I probably won't opt for cupping again! The massage room was dim and quiet with relaxing spa music, and the table was heated, so I stayed nice and warm the whole time! I went back to the rest area to wait for my facial. The facial went very well, and I felt very comfortable with my esthetician! The flat table did kind of bother my back, and no blanket was offered to keep my feet warm. But that didn't take away from the great experience I had with the facial. The esthetician explained every step she was taking and always asked how I was feeling throughout the process. She was very nice and professional. I paid for my services and left. However, when I got home, I got a notification from my bank of an additional charge for $50 from the spa. I saw the receipt on email, and they had went ahead and charged $50 they had forgotten to charge me for dermaplaning and put a straight line across as my signature. I didn't like how they didn't bother to contact me first to let me know they had not charged me for a service or at least gave me a heads up instead of just charging my card without me being present and not letting me sign off on the charge. Not professional at all, in my opinion. I did like the services, but I do not see myself going back because of the way they handled the forgotten charge.

PLEASE READ THIS REAL RAW HONEST REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS SPA. I want to share my honest experience, as I was genuinely excited to try this place due to the high 4.7 rating. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed and don’t see myself returning. I paid $149 for what was only about a 15–20 minute facial, plus an $8 credit card transaction fee, and I still left a $10 tip. I don’t mind paying premium prices for quality service, but $149 for such a short, rushed treatment is not reasonable. For that price, I expect at least a full hour of service. I’ve received much better, more thorough facials elsewhere for the same cost. The experience felt extremely rushed and not relaxing at all — more like an in-and-out appointment than a spa service. At that price point, I could get a full-body massage for over an hour, which really puts the value into perspective. If you’re okay paying $149 for a 15–20 minute facial, this may work for you. Unfortunately, for me, this was not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back. UPDATE REVIEW: 👇🏼 After I posted my review, the owner called and left a voicemail saying she wanted to “make it right.” As a business owner myself, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called her back. I explained everything calmly and clearly. My facial was booked for 10:00 AM. I went to the restroom at 10:02, went into the room around 10:05, and left the room at 10:19. She washed my face for about two minutes, placed a towel on my face for a few minutes, then did a quick machine treatment. That was the entire service. Even if they claim this is a “30-minute facial,” what I received was not even 30 minutes of actual service — not even close. After the facial, I went back to the bathroom to look at my face, and there was nothing about the results that impressed me. Then I went to the front to check out and stood there for about five minutes before anyone came to assist me. When I shared the exact timeline with the owner, she insisted it was a “30-minute service” by counting the time I spent in the bathroom before and after the facial, and even the time I stood at the front waiting to check out, as part of my spa service. I didn’t realize using the restroom and waiting to pay were considered part of a facial. That’s honestly unbelievable. I was never told when booking that this was supposed to be a “30-minute facial” — I was only told the price. If I had known I was paying $149 for what they call a 30-minute facial (that wasn’t even 30 minutes of actual service), I would have never driven from Las Cruces and wasted my time and gas. I’ve had facials in El Paso countless times, and this doesn’t compare at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not cheap — I get facials every two weeks and happily pay for quality. This review is my honest, real experience. For $149 plus a credit card fee and tip, this felt rushed, unimpressive, and not relaxing at all. I’ve had much better facials for the same amount of money that were at least an hour long. This follow-up call made the experience even worse. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. The entire situation has been absurd and honestly unbelievable. At this point, I genuinely question how this place has such high ratings, because my experience was nowhere near a 4.7-star experience. It honestly makes me wonder if some of these reviews are from friends, family, or employees — because what I experienced does not match the hype at all. Business owner to business owner: if you say you want to “make it right,” you need to listen instead of getting defensive. I will not be returning.

I have always loved coming to Blush. I get massages all over the country when I travel and am constantly impressed every time I come to Blush. Recently I had a deep tissue with Amanda and it was one of the best massages I have ever had.
