I went in for an old school perm on my medium long hair. OMG! A complete disaster! Barely a wave on the long part and my bangs were a kinked up frizzy mess!! Everyone was staring at me in disbelief. Worst salon experience EVER!!!

Yesterday, Thursday October 24, 2024 I went to cut my hair at this place, had never had any issues and I approach the business and the door was closed, the son of the owner told me it was already closed, that they closed 15 minutes before 6PM. I told him it was 10 minutes till closing time. Than I told him to change his sign to 5:45 closing time. Told me to go and complain anywhere, but that he was closed, again I told him about the sign, and he said he was going to change it to 4PM, and I told him que payasito. Again told me it was closed, very bad customer service, I just hope people can read this and report it, like I am.

They literally let me walk away with an incomplete haircut! Worst experience ever!! I had to wait an hour and many of them were just sitting down. When someone finally attended me, she kept stopping to use her phone. I asked to speak to her manager and she didn't care at all. They told me to leave and find a better place.

I don't recommend this place to nobody. The staff is very rude and they left my sons hair all messed up. Theres a lady who talks on the phone instead of focusing on your hair. If you are from Juarez and crossing the bridge don't even think about going to this place. Walk away or pass by, keep walking. Buscar otro lugar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please dont go to this place. Run from this place and go somewhere else. Please don't waste your time and money.

It sucks worst place ever there's this fat ladie using her family phone and cutting my hair waisting my time only a dam hour for just the sides and then she's disrespectful and the maanger doesn't know what he's doing she still talks back to me and disrespect me on front of others Este lugar es el peor una llevo una hora para ke me corten el pelo todo mal esta en su telefono y ni esta siendo su trabajo (una senura gorda) y la ke manda me ofende afrente de los de mas y odio mi pelo esta feo

No vayan a este lugar. Tienen un servicio terrible y no hicieron un buen trabajo. Hay lugares cerca que hacen mejor trabajo. Worst place ever! Please dont go there. You can find other better places near at walking distance. I had to wait an hour! And the lady didnt even listen to me. Its like she did whatever she wanted. She was also super rude.
