The before and after of these nails is truly something to behold. I was on a time crunch and Jazz was able to fit me in to do a full 360 on my nails. She was meticulous and detail oriented during the entire process, and cleaned them up with precision. She excelled in doing a natural gel polish with white chrome and we even had a little fun and added a sticker to the ring fingers. The staff at the front desk were friendly and amazing, getting me scheduled same day and Jazz was profesional AND FUN from start to finish! Having a nail salon within a hotel should be mandatory!

The entire experience was amazing from start to end. Front desk was very welcoming, leading you down a corridor to the changing room. Oscar provided the best massage I've had in a long while.It was very relaxing in a peaceful setting. They warm table and ambience was superb! The whole experience was well thought, to include a salt room and sauna at the end. Best experience ever. I definitely recommend this to all women and couples who need to relax and unwind!

I had a wonderful pedicure with Jasmine! She was so kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She paid great attention to detail and did an amazing job—my pedicure turned out beautifully. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend booking with Jasmine if you're looking for a relaxing experience and excellent service!

We had an incredible time celebrating my birthday weekend with my mom at Desert Spirits Spa. We chose the day pass for $50 and thoroughly enjoyed the Himalayan Salt Room, sauna, and pool. The experience was truly remarkable, and our spa consultant, Paulina, was absolutely fantastic. She made our first visit even more memorable and enjoyable. She gave us a comprehensive tour of all the amenities available and checked on us throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed, including water. I highly recommend the day pass for your next staycation.

Angie was a nightmare to deal with and became rude and curt because she couldn't figure out how to use the giftcards I was paying with. She gave up and told me they don't take the gift cards. It was mostly entertaining watching this person that couldn't manage her own limitations. Not enough to ruin the experience, though she certainly tried! 😂 I'm sure I'd have felt differently and be leaving a very different review if Paulina hadn't shown up to save the day! Paulina was wonderful and sorted the "issue" immediately (aka- she was properly trained to use their payment system). Her patience and demeanor never faltered, excellent professionalism. Even with her coworker still trying to "help". Oscar, my masseuse, was heavenly. I usually only treat myself to this spa on special occasions, and he was certainly worth it! He asked questions at the beginning to customize the massage exactly to what I needed, and he made sure to check in with me about pressure consistenly. I definitely recommend Oscar and look forward to going back. Thank you for an amazing Mothers Day Gift experience, I certainly felt the love and care my loved ones were trying to convey with it. ❤️

Clean and beautiful facilities, warm and welcoming staff - there is so much to love here. We got a couples massage and facial; both were amazing. Special shoutout to Mark who did my facial, he worked some serious magic and I left there feeling better than I hoped. It was also my husband's first facial ever and he loved it. I am extra grateful for the spa for making it such a positive experience for him, we will be back!
