I got my hair done by Abigail 3 days ago, and I am disappointed to say that I was left with harsh banding through out my whole head. I asked for a small shadow root but it appears to be three different shades and there is poor blending between my old shadow root, my root, and my blonde. The line of demarcation is very obvious and my hair looks rushed. For the $350 I paid + $20 tip this is not acceptable. Unfortunately when I brought it to her attention she tried to make me believe it’s what I asked for. The final picture was the inspo.

I wanted to write this review not as a complaint, but simply to share my experience. I came into the salon on June 4th to have my hair lightened and colored by Joel, a former colleague from real estate school. I had been looking forward to this appointment for nearly three months while allowing my hair time to grow healthier and stronger in preparation for going blonde. From the moment I arrived, Joel was professional, attentive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Knowing that achieving my desired result would take several hours, he continuously kept me informed about each step, the condition of my hair, and what to expect. After approximately seven hours, during the final stage of the lightening process, a salon assistant offered to help wash my hair. I completely understood that Joel was helping other clients while still making sure I was well taken care of. However, while my hair was being washed, I noticed the assistant speaking quietly with other salon staff and the salon owner, who then came over to look at my hair. What concerned me was that, without any discussion with me and, from what I observed, without Iconsulting Joel about the plan we had already established, a decision was made to apply a darker color to my hair. This was surprising because Joel and I had already discussed my hair's condition, the lightening process, and the realistic outcomes we were working toward. As a customer, I felt this was inappropriate because it altered the direction of a service that had already taken seven hours to achieve. As a result, I had to return for an additional session, which I don't believe would have been necessary had the original service plan been allowed to continue. That being said, I want to sincerely thank Joel for going above and beyond to make things right. Despite the unexpected setback, he remained committed to my hair goals and ultimately achieved the result I wanted. His professionalism, patience, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Again, this review is not intended as a complaint. I simply feel it's important to share my experience, especially considering the significant time and financial investment involved. As a paying client, I believe communication and consultation should always take place before major changes are made during a service. Thank you, Joel, for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to your clients.

Such a beautiful classy hair salon filled with beautiful vibes. The lighting and atmosphere is so chic. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. I Truly recommend. I was looking for someone who had great experience with blonde hair and Abigail and Soledad made my hair flawless and beautiful trusting the process of hair was so important to me. They both have amazing talent and as beautiful as them.
